I think congratulations are due to the folks at the Andriod project for open sourcing the Andriod operating system for all. My hope is that the good ideas in that the developers at OpenMoko will now be able to merge their work with Andriod so that we can collectively have the best innovation and most rapid product development in the cell phone space. Is that a sofa I hear being thrown down in Redmond?
