I am very, very pleased to see how Red Hat continues to live up to the fact that it’s business model is centered on unrivalled, high quality support for enterprises. In these difficult times, when customers cannot afford any additional costs, let alone down time, it is reassuring to note that if ever Red Hat’s support is seen to be wanting, you can contact the respective management contacts directly via this page. Show me any other enterprise technology vendor who makes this type of promise – my sense is that there are NONE.
