Happy to receive an email from the Cut Waste Panel that I think is part of the Ministry of Finance about a suggestion I had made regarding a covered walkway linking Radin Mas Primary School and the bus-stop outside the school. The walkway is lighted up at night, but the lighting up makes that short stretch (about 30 meters) the brightest spot along Bukit Purmei Avenue.

We are studying your suggestion and will be in touch with you within a month. Yours Sincerely, Cut Waste Panel Secretariat http://www.cutwaste.gov.sg Copy of your suggestion for your reference ------------------------------------------- Ref: 2008/10/27/4014 Suggestion Subject: Lights on covered walkway Suggestion I refer to the walkway from Radin Mas Primary School to the bus stop along Bukit Purmei Ave. The walkway has too many lights on that really is not necessary and a clever and more spread out lay out of lights would significantly reduce the wastage. Thanks. Harish Pillay
