Asay’s post talks about how MS behaves when it feels that it has a case to make with patents and copyrights it has. The mere fact that NO ONE IN THE FREE AND OPEN SOURCE world has been sued by MS for the alleged patent violations, shows that there really is not violation. As I have done many times before, I am calling MS’ bluff. They have been lying all along about patent violations in Linux etc. If there indeed is a violation, please, sue me.
