Digg this! As alluded to in previous posts, Fedora 8 will be a kick ass product. Many things are going for it – and from an Asian perspective, 8 is auspicious for the Chinese and November 8 when it comes out, is also an important religious event in the Indian diaspora – Deepavali/Diwali – the victory of light over darkness. In many ways, I think, without invoking the spirits, the hardwork of the Fedora community has to be lauded. It is a 100% freedom loving piece of engineering. Nothing even comes close – not even Ubuntu.
