So, being business savvy persons, they are now touting their online virus scanning etc service for a price. Why would people want to continue to pay money for alleged software and then more money for fixing it? Why can’t the so-called best engineers in Microsoft actually built a solid environment? We know building operating systems is a hard thing and quite frankly, anything beyond DOS is hard to do. That is why the whole idea of a open development environment in which tonnes of eyes have a look at code instead of just the annonited few has merit and has proven to be true. When will they learn?
