It is quite appropriate to revisit (via the magic of youtube and the longtail effect) a debate between Batman and The Penguin on who should be running Gotham City. While I cannot possibly vote in the US elections (not that I can even in the Singapore elections despite being a citizen and even served my national service), I think this skit has a lot going for it!
